Local authors read to disadvantaged children during Wesley's Book and Cookie Day

A Literacy Celebration! Thursday, November 6, 2008, 9:00am. 

Audilee Boyd Taylor, author of "Where Did My Feather Pillow Come From?" will read to the children served at Wesley's Early Childhood Center 1601 Drayton Street, Savannah

Antoinette Robinson Dunham, author of "I Can Do It All By Myself!" will read to the children served at The Lady Bamford Early Childhood Education Center 1410 Richards Street, Savannah

Both sites serve young children from homeless and low-income families.

Wesley's mission is to promote the economic, educational, and spiritual growth of women, children, and families.
